What do you want to know about Toronto’s transit? Transportation reporter Ben Spurr answers your questions Thursday at noon

Delays, vehicles packed to capacity, fare confusion and transit breakdowns. If you’re a regular transit user in the GTA, you’re familiar with these daily frustrations.

The GTA’s transportation troubles will only grow over the coming decade, a period during which the region’s population is expected to increase by more than 100,000 a year. By 2030, eight million people are expected to live in the Toronto region, and enabling them to go about their daily lives efficiently will be among our most daunting challenges.

So, how will we address these challenges? What improvements are being planned and what are possible solutions that can be put in place now? What do you want to know about Toronto’s transit future? Star transportation reporter Ben Spurr will answer your questions during a live chat Thursday. Leave your questions in the conversation below, then join us March 12 from noon to 1 p.m. (Note: conversations are not yet available for app users.)
